Hamilton Obtains Defense Verdict

Kathleen Hamilton, attorney in HeplerBroom’s St. Louis office, recently secured a defense verdict. The case involved an automobile accident in which the plaintiff was rear-ended by the defendant and the plaintiff claimed more than $10,000 in medical treatment. Ms. Hamilton successfully argued that the medical treatment was exaggerated and that the plaintiff was not injured.
