$100,000 endowment by HeplerBroom creates Lisa Franke Scholarship at SIUC October 28, 2008

A $100,000 endowment by Hepler, Broom, MacDonald, Hebrank, True & Noce, LLC, has created the Lisa Franke Scholarship at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Lisa Franke was a partner with Hepler Broom prior to her death in December 2007.

At its present level, the scholarship will generate a minimum of $3,500 annually for a student enrolled in the law school's JD/MSW program or participating in the law school's Domestic Violence Clinic.
