Robert Elworth and Paul Price were successful in having our Motion for Summary Judgment granted (and having the plaintiff's cross msj denied) in the case of Liberty Mutual v ConocoPhillips before Judge Hall in Cook County. The Court found that Liberty owes CP a duty to defend in the underlying case pending in Madison County
