He is a member of the Illinois State and American Bar Associations; The Missouri Bar; and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. His experience covers a range of personal injury and toxic tort litigation including Structural Work Act, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, products liability and general negligence law. Mr. Farroll represented the interests of asbestos defense counsel in drafting and enacting a comprehensive set of Local Rules which now govern this area of complex litigation in Madison County, Illinois.
