Practice Description:
Mr. Speciale concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate/trust administration, business entity formation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Speciale is also a member of the firm’s banking and finance group where he practices in the areas of loan documentation, collection, debtor/creditor workouts, and judicial and (where applicable) non-judicial foreclosures.
Mr. Speciale has represented a diverse group of clients in matters ranging from the preparation of simple wills and trusts to more complex estate tax minimization strategies. He also represents clients in the administration of probate estates, to ensure that this potentially stressful time is managed correctly and efficiently.
In addition, he represents privately-held businesses and their owners with entity formation, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, business succession planning, acquisitions, and private placement offerings. He also represents clients in real estate and related matters.
