In its continuing nod to holiday-themed insurance articles, LAW360 looked at some Thanksgiving- and New Year’s Eve-related litigation cases insurance companies have handled over the years. HeplerBroom’s Michael Young was asked to offer his perspectives on court cases ranging from dead turkeys to Y2K. The Thanksgiving article is available here, and the New Year’s Eve one can be accessed here.

Young, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He also advises insurers on drafting policy language and developing best practices in handling claims. He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America. Young is a faculty member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s School of Extra-Contractual Claims, is Co-Chair of CLM’s Extra-Contractual Committee, and serves on its Insurance Coverage Committee. He is also on the Legislative Committee for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.

HeplerBroom is pleased to announce that its physical offices have reopened.
