Young’s LinkedIn Request Spurs New York Journal Article
Recently on LinkedIn, Michael Young asked insurance adjusters, supervisors, and in-house counsel to tell him the types of things outside counsel do that drives them crazy, either things that outside counsel don’t do that they should or things they do that they shouldn’t. Western World Insurance Group’s in-house counsel Steven Joseph thought it was such an excellent question that he responded to Young’s query by writing a three-page article for the Winter 2020 NY Litigator, a journal of the New York State Bar Association. The full article is available here.
Young, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America. Young currently serves on the Insurance Coverage Committee for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and on the Legislative Committee for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers (MODL).
