Martin Speaks to Environmental Law Committee of Chicago Bar Association
Jennifer Martin spoke at a recent meeting of the Chicago Bar Association’s Environmental Law Committee. She presented a retrospective on environmental law in the recent past and discussed what may be coming in the near future. Those attending the talk, whether in person or via webcast, were eligible to receive Illinois MCLE credits.
Martin, a partner in the firm’s Springfield office, focuses her practice on environmental law and real estate. Prior to entering private practice, she was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Control Division of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. She has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer and speaks and writes regularly on environmental law. Martin is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
