Young Published in Insurance Claims Management Journal
Michael Young is co-author of an article in a recent issue of CLM Magazine that explores how an increasing number of states allow liability insurers to intervene in underlying tort cases against their insured. Young and his co-author, a claims counsel for a national insurance company, explore reasons why this has traditionally not been allowed, as well as ways in which it is now being allowed for insurance coverage and tort liability purposes. The full article may be read here.
