Insler Published Article in Communications Lawyer

Charles N. Insler published an article in the Winter 2016 edition of the Communications Lawyer.  The article, "In (Partial) Defense of Internet Trolls," advocated a flexible summary judgment standard (rather than the more lax motion to dismiss standard) before unmasking anonymous, online commentators accused of defamation.  You can read the full article here.
