Nickelson to Speak at American Bar Association Meeting
Rebecca Nickelson will be one of the featured panelists at the American Bar Association’s
September 14 seminar, which is being held at Washington University School of Law. Entitled “Why Should We Select Your Law Firm,” the seminar will include panel discussions of how an insurance company selects the right law firm, how to avoid ethics lapses that can lose that hard-earned business, and tips on how to retain an insurance company’s business. The event is sponsored by the ABA’s TIPS Committee (Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section) and will feature panelists from the judiciary, insurance companies, law firms, and the Missouri Supreme Court’s Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
