Holly Whitlock-Glave has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC). The mission of IDC, which is the premier defense bar association for the State of Illinois, is to ensure civil justice with integrity, civility, and professional competence. HeplerBroom has a long history with IDC, including eight of its attorneys—Troy Bozarth, Gordon Broom, Rick Hammond, Jeff Hebrank, Anne Oldenburg, Paul Price, Aleen Tiffany, and Tony Tunney—having served as IDC president.

Whitlock-Glave, an associate in the firm’s Crystal Lake office, is Chair of IDC’s Construction Law Committee and was named the Association’s 2019 Volunteer of the Year. She focuses her practice on the defense of construction injury, construction defect, and risk transfer, as well as commercial general liability issues. In addition to her Construction Law Committee work with IDC, she is a member of IDC’s joint committee with the DRI for developing joint CLEs.
