Martin, Elworth, and Camp Prevail in Appeal to Illinois's First District Appellate Court

Steven Martin, Robert Elworth and Olga Camp of HeplerBroom’s Chicago office prevail in an appeal in the Illinois Appellate Court for the First District.  On September 27, 2013, the appellate court affirmed summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds in favor of an insurance producer in Prosio v. Badger Mutual Insurance Co. et al.
