Carl Geraci has joined HeplerBroom LLC as an associate attorney in the Edwardsville office.  Mr. Geraci focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters, including products liability, asbestos defense, toxic tort defense, and premises liability.

Mr. Geraci served as a judicial law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri before entering private practice. His diverse litigation practice has included representing clients throughout Illinois and Missouri in products liability, asbestos defense, toxic torts, business litigation, intellectual property, real estate, employment, administrative proceedings, and municipal matters. 

He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  His memberships include: the Illinois Bar, The Missouri Bar, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Mr. Geraci graduated cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 1997.  He received his Bachelor’s degree of Journalism, cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989.
