McQuaid Authors Chapter in Missouri Bar Association Book
Amanda McQuaid has authored a chapter on real estate financing in the recently updated 5th edition of Missouri Real Estate Practice, which is published by The Missouri Bar. The chapter, entitled “Real Estate Financing,” offers an overview of financing techniques and methods available in the commercial and income-producing real estate industry, as well considerations of their tax incentives. It also includes a brief discussion of issues involved in the complex regulatory environment of real estate financing.
McQuaid, an associate in the firm’s Edwardsville office, focuses her practice on transactional and litigation matters, including bankruptcies and corporate and business law. She is a 2016 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communication from the University of Illinois. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.
