Varadachari Prevails in Missouri Court of Appeals

The Missouri Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s dismissal of Plaintiff’s Petition on HeplerBroom Attorney Bharat Varadachari's Motion regarding lack of jurisdiction over an out of state defendant that sells products using eBay.  It is the first time this issue has been addressed by the Eastern District.
