Reda Spoke at American Conference Institute's Third National Forum on Defending and Managing Trucking Litigation

Michael Reda, HeplerBroom partner, recently spoke at the American Conference Institute's Third National Forum on Defending and Managing Trucking Litigation. Mr. Reda was a member of a panel that discussed evidence preservation and spoliation issues and recent case law. The conference was held at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 29th and 30th, 2012. Mr. Reda is a member of TIDA and the DRI Trucking Law Committee and regularly handles catastrophic trucking and transportation cases.
