Christopher P. Clasby focuses his practice on litigation in a wide range of areas, including:

He has experience representing individuals and multi-state corporations in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial, personal injury, and restrictive covenant cases. He also has extensive appellate experience and has argued cases before the Fifth District Appellate Court of Illinois.

Representative/Recent Case Results


  • Assisted lead defense attorney in successfully arguing Motion to Decertify gender discrimination case before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Case involved a collective action against a medical school.
