Overview

Eric D. Rosser focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation matters including asbestos and toxic tort litigation. He serves as counsel for product and premises liability clients throughout Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin, and is involved in all aspects of defending these cases, including the drafting of dispositive motions; deposing plaintiffs, fact witnesses, and experts; and working with his clients to develop settlement and overall defense strategies through trial.
