Banasek and Wagener Present Educational Series to National Senior Living Provider

Tammera Banasek and Susan Wagener are presenting a three-part seminar to Ascension Living’s risk and quality managers, executive directors/administrators, and nurses. The seminars, which are being presented as part of a Lunch and Learn Series, will be held in January, February, and March and will cover best practices in documentation, deposition preparation, and nursing license and disciplinary issues.

Banasek, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on complex medical, dental, and nursing home issues, as well as professional liability matters. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-Rated Attorney and has been awarded a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by Jury Verdict Reporter. She regularly speaks and publishes in the areas of professional and general liability.

Susan Wagener, also a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on the defense of health care licensure cases, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and general healthcare law matters. In addition to her active trial practice, she regularly presents and publishes on topics related to malpractice risk management and the defense of disciplinary matters. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin and is admitted to the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
