Tiffany and Weiner Discuss Risk Transfer with Hospital Officials

Aleen Tiffany and Stephanie Weiner recently presented information about risk transfer in premises liability to the executive board of a Chicago hospital.

Tiffany, a partner in the firm’s Crystal Lake office, focuses her practice on civil litigation and corporate construction matters. An experienced trial attorney, she has successfully litigated and overseen a wide variety of matters nationwide. Tiffany is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and has been named both an Illinois Leading Lawyer and an Illinois Super Lawyer.

Weiner, an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on civil litigation and risk transfer. She has taken a number of jury trials to verdict in various counties across northern Illinois and has also successfully resolved many matters through mediation and arbitration.
