Insler Discusses Illinois BIPA at National Conference

Charles Insler was one of the featured speakers at the 14th Annual Sedona Conference Institute on eDiscovery, Data Privacy, and Security. Insler was part of a panel of experienced cybersecurity and privacy counsel, as well as a Canadian privacy regulator, who discussed data security and privacy laws in their respective jurisdictions. Insler presented information on the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. The panel was moderated by Kenneth J. Withers, former Senior Education Attorney at the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C.

Insler, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation including cybersecurity, antitrust, and securities litigation. He speaks and writes regularly on cybersecurity issues.
