Johnson Speaks at National Insurance Claims Conference

Amy Johnson was a featured speaker at the 2019 Property & Liability Resource Bureau’s Claims Conference, held recently in Indianapolis. She presented two sessions on Emerging Issues in the Workplace: Discrimination and Harassment, which included an analysis of the impact of the #metoo movement on EPLI and D&O insurance, premiums, and claim handling.

Johnson, an of-counsel attorney in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on insurance law, personal injury, and property damage. She has 20 years of experience mitigating risk on coverage issues and high exposure or bad faith claims. She also has significant litigation experience in bad faith insurance claims, including a successful appeal record.
