Kiser to Speak at National Toxic Tort Seminar
The American Conference Institute (ACI) has announced that George Kiser is scheduled to speak at ACI’s 6th Annual Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation conference in Chicago. Kiser, a partner in the Edwardsville office, and fellow presenter Francis A. Citera of Greenberg Traurig will discuss implementing practical and ethical settlement strategies.
The three-day conference (June 21-23, 2017) focuses on current trends and cutting edge legal strategies for handling toxic tort and environmental litigation cases. Other speakers include leading in-house counsel, litigators, and preeminent jurists in this highly specialized practice area.
