Varadachari to Speak at Claims and Litigation Management Alliance 2014 Transportation Conference

Bharat Varadachari, partner in HeplerBroom LLC’s St. Louis office, will be a speaker at the 2014 Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Transportation Conference, held on July 11th in Chicago, Illinois. He will be speaking on the topic, “The Early Bird Gets the Evidence: Investigating Motor Vehicle Collisions.” Each presentation will provide up-to-date information, tips, and strategies on handling and resolving claims. CLM promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management and brings together the leaders in both industries.

Varadachari has represented Fortune 500 companies in trucking litigation throughout the states of Illinois and Missouri. He has worked extensively with counsel, insurance carriers, and third party administrators. Varadachari is a member of the St. Louis County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, Vice Chair of the Legislative Committee with the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois Education Committee, the CLM Transportation Committee, and is Secretary for the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.  He has been named a Rising Star for Missouri Super Lawyers since 2010 and was nominated for the prestigious Lon Hocker Award for demonstration of excellence in the art of trial advocacy in the state of Missouri. Varadachari has also been published multiple times, speaks at numerous seminars for attorneys and industry personnel, and his defense verdict in the wrongful death case of Davis v. Central Dairy Company, arising out of a trucking/pedestrian accident, was ranked as the 7th best verdict by the Missouri Lawyers Weekly for 2013.
