Earlier this month, Tammera Banasek and Matthew Brandabur presented a continuing education webinar on sexual harassment prevention. The webinar was sponsored by a Chicago oral surgeon and was attended by other dentists and dental specialists.

Banasek, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on complex medical, dental, and nursing home issues. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-Rated Attorney and has been awarded a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by Jury Verdict Reporter. She regularly speaks and publishes in the areas of medical and dental malpractice.

Brandabur is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office who focuses on professional liability, particularly legal, medical, and dental malpractice issues.  He recently obtained a summary judgment on behalf of an attorney faced with a legal malpractice complaint in Cook County arising from representation in a divorce matter.
