On August 7, attorneys Linda Hay and Tammera Banasek will talk with dentists about how to be legally confident in their daily practice. The attorneys will present information on the importance of following basics such as providing informed consent, maintaining good documentation, and adhering to a standard of care, then illustrate the legal implications of those principles through the examination of various case studies.
