Four HB Attorneys to Contribute to Asbestos Litigation Conference

HeplerBroom is proud to announce that four of its partners will play key roles at the 2017 HarrisMartin Midwest Asbestos Litigation Conference.

Jeff Hebrank’s examination of the history of Madison County (IL) asbestos litigation is scheduled as the lead-off session. Later in the day, Rebecca Nickelson will address the impact of recent court decisions on personal jurisdiction. Eric Hall (whose co-speakers include The Honorable Stephen Stobbs, Associate Circuit Court Judge in Madison County) will close the conference with a review of Madison County’s mandatory settlement conferences, its mediation options, and the lessons learned from complex allocation hearings.

Brenda Baum is co-chair of the all-day event, which is being held September 12 at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. For further information, including links to registration and CLE credit hours, click here.
