Hay Speaks to Executives about Long-Term Care Facility Administration and the Law

Linda Hay recently presented a webinar for insurance and long-term care facility executives. The webinar covered the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act, the legal record and its importance during litigation, and the law governing the retention of facility records and the production of electronic medical records.
