Linda Hay and Anne Oldenburg will be the featured speakers at an upcoming dental industry seminar on reducing nerve injury risks, including the importance of patient communication and understanding that informed consent is a process, not just a form to be completed. This seminar is sponsored by TDIC and is being held in Oak Brook, Illinois, on October 11.

Hay is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She actively defends professional liability cases and has tried numerous dental and other types of malpractice cases to successful verdict. She speaks regularly to professionals about risk and claims management.
