Banasek Discusses Importance of Documentation at National Risk Management Conference

Tammy Banasek will be a featured speaker at the 2025 Caring Communities’ National Aging Services Risk Management (NASRM) Conference. Banasek will discuss the legal aspects of documenting services provided in senior care communities. Caring Communities is a consortium of not-for-profit senior living and life plan communities that offer independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, personal care, and affordable housing. Its mission is to protect these organizations through comprehensive insurance and collaborative risk management solutions. NASRM Conference attendees include risk managers and other executive, administrative, and clinical leaders from these communities.

Banasek, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, is a dedicated litigator who has developed a special focus on defending skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, hospitals, and medical professionals. She is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.
