Banasek Helps Long-Term Care Leaders Understand Legal Effects of Utilizing Agency and Ancillary Staff
Tammy Banasek will be among the featured speakers at the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) 2025 Senior Living and Long-Term Care Litigation Seminar. Banasek and Robin Rogers, Assistant Vice President with National Healthcare Corp (NHC), will explore trends in using agency and ancillary staff and the future impact of that on long-term care facilities. They will also discuss best practices for working with these providers, including contractual obligations, screening, and training. Finally, Banasek and Rogers will analyze the impact these third-party providers have on litigation and present strategies for defending against allegations of apparent agency. More information about the seminar, which is being held in Austin, Texas, on September 10-12, is available on DRI’s website.
