Feldman Among Featured Speakers at Washington University’s Olin Business School

On January 9, Seth Feldman served as a panelist and spoke to students at Washington University’s Olin Business School about his transitions from student to entrepreneur to attorney. Other panelists at the event—business founders and investors in the local startup community—included Maxine Clark, founder of Build-A-Bear; Franklin Taylor, founder of Block Club; Tova Feinberg, founder of VertiGreens; Gabriela Baeza-Stout, associate general counsel at Spire; and Buddy Foster, senior associate at Mudita Venture Partners.
For 10 years prior to becoming an attorney, Feldman founded and ran an independent clothing boutique. That venture was an early business to come out of Washington University’s entrepreneurship program.
An associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, Feldman has also served as an adjunct faculty member for Saint Louis University’s School for Professional Studies. In that role, he drew on his legal and business experience to guide students in understanding entrepreneurship and the law in the highly regulated cannabis industry.
Feldman provides business and corporate legal services as well as defends trucking and transportation matters, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability cases. He obtained his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2021. He also has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Before joining HeplerBroom, Feldman focused on providing legal services to entrepreneurs.
