Banasek and Janowiak Present Risk Management Webinar for Italian Dental Society

Partner Tammy Banasek and associate Megan Janowiak have been invited to present at the Arcolian Dental Arts Society’s November 19 meeting. (The Arcolian Dental Arts Society is an 80-year-old not-for-profit organization of Italian American dentists who help support local schools, charities, and research institutions, as well as provide scholarships for dental students.) The two HeplerBroom attorneys will discuss how using informed consents and patient dismissals can help cultivate good dental practice risk management.

Banasek is a dedicated litigator who has developed a special focus in defending hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and medical and dental professionals. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-Rated Attorney and has been awarded a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by Jury Verdict Reporter.

Compassion drives Janowiak in defending healthcare professionals including dentists, physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. She is a 2022 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy.
