Johnson to Speak on Bad Faith Liability at National Insurance Meeting
On May 12, Amy Johnson will be one of the featured speakers at the American College of Coverage Counsel’s annual meeting. Johnson will be the bad faith expert on a panel that will dissect a bad faith property claim case. The panel will point out how at each step of the process what turned in to contentious litigation could have been avoided.
Johnson, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on insurance law, personal injury, and property damage as well as cybersecurity, premises liability, and appellate law. She is also a certified mediator with a strong track record in both corporate and private practice.
