Kosiba and Lucchesi Present Webinar on Avoiding Wrongful Discharge Cases

On September 13, Julieta Kosiba and Anthony Lucchesi will present a webinar for the Illinois Chamber of Commerce on avoiding litigation in wrongful discharge cases. In addition to discussing the potential exposures employers can have for these cases, Kosiba and Lucchesi will present strategies and best practices to avoid wrongful discharge claims. Both Kosiba and Lucchesi are associate attorneys who work for the firm’s Springfield office. Kosiba focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters. In addition to defending clients in employment-related lawsuits, she assists HB’s employment and labor team in drafting employee handbooks and other employment-related documents and counseling clients on employment issues. Kosiba is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. Lucchesi focuses his practice on civil litigation and appellate work, particularly employment, environmental, and medical and dental malpractice matters. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana.
