Anne Oldenburg and Tammy Banasek will be the featured speakers at the Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons’ (ISOMS) 2025 Annual Meeting and Fall Education Program. In their full-day CE credit program, the two HeplerBroom attorneys will help attendees identify key legal issues in malpractice claims and the best practices for avoiding litigation, including the importance of documenting all communications. They’ll also address the ramifications of having claims filed with the IDFPR, the Attorney General’s office, and the DEA. Finally, they will discuss the impact of social media and why practitioners should implement a TEAM approach to practice management.
