Bharat Varadachari

Bharat Varadachari will be part of a panel discussing how to conduct voir dire in bad faith litigation and how that differs from a typical third-party liability case. Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on the defense of matters related to insurance, personal injury, and the trucking and transportation industry. He is currently President-Elect of the St. Louis County Bar Association, Vice-President of CLM’s Greater St. Louis Chapter, and a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
