HeplerBroom Attorneys Attended Annual Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group Seminar

HeplerBroom attorneys Stephen Kaufmann, Michael Murphy, Jason Johnson and David Bays attended the 12th Annual Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group Title V Seminar held in Springfield, Illinois on July 28, 2015.  The seminar, held in cooperation with the Illinois EPA, addressed relevant environmental issues businesses may face.  Experts who administer Illinois Air Pollution Control Programs provided instruction with regard to regulatory obligations and offered specific advice on how best to verify and maintain compliance as well as the coming changes to the air permitting program.
