Varadachari Selected to Membership in Prestigious Trial Association
Bharat Varadachari has been selected to membership in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA, which was founded in 1958, is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the rights of a civil jury trial provided by the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation only and is divided equally between plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys, and judges. In addition to experience, members must also exhibit civility, integrity and professionalism. Varadachari is now the fourth trial lawyer at HeplerBroom selected to ABOTA, joining Larry Hepler, Gordon Broom, Theodore MacDonald, Jr., and Gerard Noce.
Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on the defense of matters related to personal injury, insurance, and the trucking and transportation industry. He is currently President-Elect of the St. Louis County Bar Association, Vice-President of CLM’s Greater St. Louis Chapter, and a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
