Alex Belotserkovsky, Kevin Birkenmeier, Elizabeth Kellett, and Anthony Silva joined HeplerBroom LLC in the Edwardsville office as associate attorneys.

Belotserkovsky received his Juris Doctorate (Dean's List) from the Washington University School of Law in 2001. He earned a B.A. from the Washington University where he graduated cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.

Birkenmeier graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, cum laude in 2012. While in law school he was on the Law Trial Advocacy Team. He has a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude from the University of Missouri. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.

Kellett is a 2006 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school she was a member and articles and notes editor of the American Criminal Law Review and on the Dean's List. She graduated with a B.A. degree, cum laude from Georgetown University in 2002. Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Kellett practiced law in Washington, D.C. She is licensed in Missouri, Massachusetts, and Washington, D.C.

Silva received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2012 where he was the Vice President and Founding Member of the Military Veterans Law Association, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. He graduated in 2007 from Eastern Illinois University with a B.A. degree. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
