Andres Garcia-Rivera has joined the Chicago office as an associate attorney.

Garcia-Rivera defends clients in complex litigation involving construction and premises liability, municipal and §1983 claims, and toxic tort matters. Clients and colleagues describe him as a thoughtful and steady presence—collaborative, responsive, and solution-oriented.

He obtained his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science & Organizational Leadership. While in law school, he was a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition Team. He was also a Thomas More Scholarship recipient, was on the Dean’s List, and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Latino Law Students Association. In addition, he was a 2023 HeplerBroom summer associate. He is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish.

Garcia-Rivera is licensed to practice in Illinois.
