Glenn Davis has been appointed co-chair of the Missouri Bar’s Antitrust, Mergers and Acquisitions Committee for the coming year.

Its Antitrust, Mergers and Acquisitions Committee plans and coordinates continuing education events for its members focusing on antitrust compliance and enforcement, review and approvals processes for mergers and acquisitions, legislative developments affecting corporate law, and regulatory filling and procedures under Missouri law.
