Springfield Adds Additional Environmental Attorney
Andrea Quade has joined HeplerBroom as an associate in the firm’s Springfield office. Quade focuses her practice on environmental law issues.
She obtained her J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2021. She also holds a B.A. in both International Studies and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While in law school, she was an editor of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review, was an intake coordinator and on the student advisory board for the Volunteer Legal Clinic, and belonged to the Environmental Law Society. She also held a number of legal intern positions, including judicial internships with The Honorable Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and The Honorable Chad Miller of the Colorado Fourth Judicial Branch.
Prior to joining HeplerBroom, she was a staff attorney for the Illinois Legislative Reference Bureau, where she worked with legislators on drafting and editing a broad range of bills being proposed to the Illinois General Assembly. In addition, she specifically drafted and reviewed legislation regulating utilities, professions and occupations, and gaming.
Quade is licensed to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado.
