Varadachari Selected to Board of Governors of State Bar Association
Bharat Varadachari has been selected to serve a three-year-term on The Missouri Bar Board of Governors for District 11 (City of St. Louis).
The Missouri Bar is the mandatory statewide organization for all lawyers practicing in Missouri. Its mission is to improve the legal profession, the administration of justice, and the law on behalf of all Missourians. Currently, the Bar has nearly 30,000 members. The Board of Governors is its policy-making body that’s responsible for creating and overseeing all Bar policies and programs.
Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, defends personal injury, insurance, and premises liability matters. He is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the lists of Best Lawyers in America and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. He was a recipient of Missouri Lawyers Media’s Top Defense Wins of 2024. Varadachari is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Inns of Court, and American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and the St. Louis County Bar Association. Varadachari earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. He also holds a Master’s in Health Administration from St. Louis University School of Public Health and a B.A. in History (with a minor in Microbiology) from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
