Sheehan Publishes Article in Law Journal

A recent issue of the SIU School of Law Journal includes an article co-authored by associate attorney Sean Sheehan. In the article, Sheehan and his co-author detail how the PAID Act provides some much-needed information to help resolve injury claims brought by Medicare beneficiaries. Sheehan focuses his practice on the defense of asbestos, product liability, and toxic tort matters. He earned his J.D., an M.B.A., and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from St. Louis University. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.
