Wilson and Galanos Prevail in Appeal in Illinois' Third District Appellate Court

Tom Wilson and Jessica Galanos of HeplerBroom’s Springfield Office prevail in an appeal in the Illinois Appellate Court.  On January 10, 2014, the Third District Appellate Court affirmed summary judgment in favor of their client, Bank One, on claims of conversion of personal property.
