Murphy and Lee Obtain Dismissal with Prejudice in McLean County

Attorneys in HeplerBroom’s Springfield office, partner Michael Murphy and associate Brian Lee, obtained dismissal, with prejudice, of a third-party complaint filed against the firm’s client in McLean County, Illinois.  The third-party complaint alleged fraud and negligence.  Murphy and Lee secured dismissal with prejudice of all claims against the firm’s client based on the statute of limitations.
