Fowler Obtains Favorable Verdict for Insurance Client

Meg Fowler obtained a defense verdict following a jury trial in St. Louis County on behalf of Insurance Store, Inc. She represented an insurance agent who was being sued by a client who had his two cars repossessed. He blamed the agent for getting him the wrong insurance on the vehicles which led to increased payments and penalties and forced insurance by the lender. He pursued claims for negligence, fraud and punitive damages. However, the evidence revealed that he was aware of the type of insurance he had in place and that his actions were ultimately the cause of the repossessions.
