Varadachari and McGonigle Earn Defense Verdict
Bharat Varadachari and Adam McGonigle obtained a defense verdict in Peoria County, Illinois, in a wrongful death case of a 41-year-old woman arising out of a trucking/automobile accident. Plaintiff asked for $15 million. The jury deliberated for 3½ hours before rendering a verdict in favor of Varadachari and McGonigle's client.
